Giovanni's Testimony
I'm Giovanni from Texas, and God has blessed me with skills in video production, editing, and music. Growing up with little religious exposure, my mother was my source of unconditional love. At 12, I attended Catholic school and received Communion, but my pursuit of God ended soon after.
I immersed myself in metal music, losing my identity and battling depression. In a moment of vulnerability, I prayed and felt God's tangible presence, transforming my life and leading me away from darkness. My faith deepened, especially after surviving a critical COVID-19 illness in 2021, when a nurse’s prayer over me became a turning point.
Reading the entire Bible during my recovery gave me a renewed purpose. Since embracing Christ in 2022, I’ve documented revivals in Texas, launched my YouTube channel "Gios Amigos," and participated in my first mission trip to Nicaragua. Now, as head of media at New Harvest Transformation Center in Corpus Christi, my work reflects the hope and light of Christ. My life is a testament to God’s power to redeem and restore those who seek Him.
